Absolute scam! the bag arrived completely cracked and broken. when i requested a refund, they flat-out refused it! it’s obvious they have zero quality control and don't care about their customers. the customer service is incredibly arrogant and just tries to push the blame onto the buyer. save your money and avoid this store at all costs. i’ve already reported this to the platform and will not give up until i get my refund. don't be their next victim!

The size and shape seem appropriate, but the internal material makes a rustling sound.
The exterior looks fine, but I wish the internal material could be slightly improved.

It's good value for money. The leather may be fake, but it looks high-end, and the strap is quite well-made. The color is also pretty, so it doesn't look cheap.

It feels of good quality, has different compartments, and can fit an A4-sized document. Everything was fine with the purchase; it arrived without any problems in a fabric bag to protect it.

Excellent quality for the price it has, especially the external leather; internally it has a lining that is not of the best quality, but considering the price, it's more than fine!

This is good. It's artificial leather, but the material is good, has no smell, and doesn't burn when burned.
